Since our items are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once access is granted and a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged like a physical product. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are only issued in the following specific condition:

• The plugin or theme you purchased is not working as described, and
• Our technical support team fails to resolve the issue within a reasonable time (48–72 hours).

In such a case, after verifying the issue and support attempts, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• No refund will be issued for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
• No refund will be issued if the product works as described but conflicts with your hosting, theme, or plugin setup.
• No refund will be issued once the item has been downloaded successfully and verified functional.
• No refund will be issued after 10 days of purchase.
